Commercial questions.

What kinds of commercial projects do you take on?

Tenant build-outs, office fit-ups, retail storefronts, creative and studio spaces, ADA upgrades, and adaptive reuse. We don’t do new ground-up commercial. Our commercial work is interior renovation and build-out scoped from 1,500 to 15,000 square feet.

Can you work around an operating business?

Yes. For build-outs in occupied spaces we phase the work, contain dust, and run the noisiest scopes after hours. Most of our retail and office clients stay open during construction.

Do you handle ADA compliance?

Yes. We coordinate with code reviewers and the local building department on accessibility requirements: restrooms, entries, paths of travel, signage, and counter heights. Required upgrades are flagged in the estimate, not as a surprise.

Are you licensed for commercial work in Michigan?

Yes. We hold the appropriate Michigan licensing and carry commercial general liability insurance. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance to any landlord or property manager before signing.
